Welcome to The Bin Caddie!

This agreement is between you and The Bin Caddie LLC (including its affiliates, referred to as “The Bin Caddie,” “we,” or “us”). Before using our service, please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using The Bin Caddie, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

The Bin Caddie provides residential trash and recycling bin management services within Hernando and Pasco Counties; however, all services are subject to service availability within the requested location.

Services include:

•             Placing bins curbside on scheduled trash collection days

•             Retrieving bins from curb after collection

•             Cleaning and deodorizing bins to ensure odor-free, hygienic containers

Notice that signing up for our service gives The Bin Caddie and our team permission to access your property (or another location you choose) to take out and bring back your trash and recycling bins. By joining our service, you’re confirming that you have the right to allow us access to the property you specify.

To make sure we can provide the best service, please ensure your bins are easily accessible on your scheduled pickup days. If our team can’t access your bins for any reason, we won’t be able to offer a credit or refund for that visit.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure clear, safe access to bins on service days as well as open space on the curb to place the bins.

Notify The Bin Caddie of any address changes or special service instructions in advance

Provide bins in a condition suitable for handling and cleaning. If bin is broken or in no working condition, service can be refused, and customer will be contacted about the issue. Customer is responsible to contact the county  or trash collection service to have the trash bin repaired or replaced.

3. Service Limitations

The Bin Caddie does not collect or dispose of trash or recyclables; only manages  and cleans the bins.

Liability is limited for any pre-existing bin damage or damage caused by external factors beyond The Bin Caddie’s control.

Overloaded trash bins or those with open lids are not allowed and we reserve the right to refuse service. No credits, refunds, or adjustments will be issued if The Bin Caddie encounters an overloaded trash bin.

Cleaning involves power wash, rinse, and deodorizing only; stains or permanent damage may not be removed.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms are specified during sign-up (monthly, per service, etc.)

All pricing and payment terms are subject to change at any time with reasonable notice provided to the customer.

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel with at least 7 days notice of the end of the billing cycle.

No refunds will be granted on prepaid or unused services.

6. Liability and Indemnity

The Bin Caddie is not liable for injury, loss, or property damage except as required by law.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless, The Bin Caddie and affiliates from claims arising from use of the service.

7. Privacy Policy

Customer data is collected solely for service delivery and communication from the customer to The Bin Caddie.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties or any other partner unless explicit permission is grated by the customer for partnering promotions.

8. Changes to Terms

The Bin Caddie reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; updated terms will be communicated via email or posted on the website.
