FAQs

  • Bin-to-curb service means that your waste, recycling, and compost bins are transported from their storage location (such as a garage, side yard, or house) to the curb for municipal collection, then returned after collection.

  • It depends on the subscription or service requested. Bins are moved to and from the curb on your scheduled municipal collection days but the frequency is up to you.

  • Service to any municipal trash, recycle, or cardboard bin is accepted. Yard waste bags or bins will be treated as additional service and can be requested through your member page or by contacting us directly.

  • Bin cleaning involves sanitizing your waste containers to remove odors, residue, and bacteria. This is done with 200 degree high-pressure water and eco-friendly cleaning solutions. Waste water is collected and disposed of in accordance with local and state regulations.

  • Recommend cleaning bins on a quarterly basis (every three months) but depends on the waste volume of your household.

  • If you have a subscription you don’t need to lift a finger. We will clean your bin after your normal municipal collection and return you bins like normal. If it is a one time service request ensure bins are empty after collection day and accessible.

  • Regular cleaning helps prevent unpleasant odors, pest infestations, and bacteria build-up in your bins, promoting a healthier environment.

  • The Bin Caddie uses eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning agents and reclaims the water used during the cleaning process to dispose properly. No cleaning solution or waste water will go down a street drain.

  • While it is a better bargain to have a subscription, we do offer individual options for bin to curb and cleaning services.

  • Head to our Services page to look at our options for subscriptions, give us a call, or drop us your email below and we will be in touch to get you your own caddie.
